Jennifer Young has over two decades of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries, as well as several years in real estate leadership. As Atria Real Estate’s client services manager, she plays a key role in ensuring clients have successful home-selling experiences. Jennifer brings a strong work ethic and vigorous attention to detail to the complex process of readying homes for the Silicon Valley market. From paperwork to in-person and virtual assistance to scheduling and managing important milestones, inspections, and repairs, Jennifer is there for the client every step of the way.
Jennifer has a degree in interdisciplinary studies from Arizona State University, with a focus on tourism and sociology. Her broad background in hospitality and customer service, as well as her experience working with a diverse range of people, made real estate a natural fit. Jennifer is known for her positive attitude, friendly approach, and dedication to providing the best possible customer service.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son and serving as a board member at Turning Wheels for Kids, a local nonprofit that provides bikes to children in need.
